Bring your own bottle, Hardees will be donating free orange drink but you have to have your own container.
Rock 30 will be sponsoring the event. The Jamestown Department of Tourism has agreed to donate gift certificates good at any business in Jamestown. The movie theater has agreed to donate movie tickets for prizes.

The Jamestown tourism department has asked that twe host a tournament at the Island during their annual Jam the Dam event so we have begun the planning. Here are the details we have so far:
Jam the dam disc golf tournament Sunday August, 17 Registration Begins at 10 am Players Meeting at 10:45 with play starting at 11.
Divisions: Rec. – 18 holes with alternate tee pads (each rec group will have a local person who knows where the alternate tee pads are to avoid any confusion) Adv. – at least one round of the “island 18” holes, possibly more as we finalize details
We want to keep the entry fee low, I think we are planning for $10 but this may changes as we finalize sponsors.
Every paid participant will be entered to win a raffle for an Innova Skill shot basket donated by Gun & Reel. Everyone that participates will have an equal chance of winning this basket.
We are still working on finalizing the sponsors but Rock 30 has once again generously agreed to sponsor the event. A couple of other organizations in Jamestown have also expressed interest in sponsoring the event.
We are working on a few other things; I will post more when we have finalized them.

There will be more Pro Pigs and Champion Monarchs coming to Rock 30 in the next week, so keep your eyes peeled!
To celebrate Crazy Days Rock 30 will be having a Putting Contest! This will be a single elimination limbo style contest. The entry fee will be $2. The prize will be Innova's new Pro Pig, your choice of weight (based on what is available at the end of contest). If for whatever reason said disc is not available a certificate will be issued good for one Pro Pig. This will be set up in the street so for all of you desperate to throw a disc down Main... Here's your chance! We perfer you bring your own putter, however Rock 30 will supply one (of OUR choice) if need be.
The Putting Contest will be at 2 pm, registration will be from 1:15pm - 1:45pm.
